Guided Swing Practice

Build better technique, one drill at a time. This guided practice focuses on individual drills you can use to refine your Country Swing technique and keep improving between classes. Join us for one focused hour before October’s first social—no prerequisites required.

What's a social dance at Turn Their Heads like?

Socials are typically the first and third Wednesday of the month from 7–10 p.m. (Check the Locals calendar for exact dates.) It's a $10 cover paid at the door, but newcomers are free, so no harm in trying it out!

We alternate 2–3 line dances with 2–3 partner songs, with a split floor for most line dances (so you'll have space to dance or take a break whenever you need it). All our dancers love newcomers! Instructors can show you the basic step if you've never danced before.

Free water is available, and we have a refrigerator accessible if you want to BYOB.
